	My usual reason for not answering promptly applied.  I didn't
make up my mind whether I could contribute an article.  However,
I have finally decided that I won't finish my article on
introspection in Prolog in time - if at all.

	Also I think that Prolog people put too large a fraction
of their effort into promotional activities in comparison to the
effort put into applications or improvement.  Therefore, if and
when I finish my article, I plan to publish it in a general artificial
publication.
